Registration for our Spring 2017 Session is now open.
You may register in person in our office. Registration forms and waiver forms are available to be printed from our website here. We accept cash, cheque, debit, MasterCard, Visa, and Amex in our office. At Event registrations, credit card and cheque payments are accepted. Programs must be paid for in full to ensure participation.
Other special registration dates will be announced through our website, Facebook page, Twitter, and Instagram.

We are excited to share our NEW ONLINE REGISTRATION link with you, so you can register for our programs from the convenience of your home using VISA or MASTERCARD!
Please sign in to the Member’s Area using your own (parent) name and email address. Choose a password. Then you will fill in your name and gender. Certify that you’re over 18. Then you can go into the store and add your family members through the add a person prompt.
The first time you come here, you will have to do the set up… once you return, you will be in the new database, and you and your added family members will already be part of your account.
If you have been a member with us in any session last season, you will be in the database. Then add your children. If you search for your child, he/she will also be in the database- and should already be ‘attached’ to you. Your information will be merged with the information already in the system, so if you include another parent, or another family member, it will be joined in the system.
The prices you see are subject to HST which will be added to your invoice at the checkout. After the session has started, you will also see a ‘Pro-Rated’ amount per session. This reflects an increase in cost per class should you register after the start date of each session. Again, HST is calculated at the checkout.
All of the waivers and parent information are now online as well, so you just need to click ‘I agree’ to the policies, and waiver, called the “Terms and Conditions.” Our media waiver comes up as a separate waiver as a mandatory question. If you click no, no photos will be taken of your child by our staff to be used on our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts, nor will your child’s photo appear in the newspaper or on our website- they may however appear on our lobby TV. We will do our best to ensure their privacy.
Please note that the $35 2016/17 annual membership is valid from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. HST will also be applied to it upon checkout. Example: If you paid this fee in the summer session, it should not be applied to your invoice in future sessions or camps, because your Gymnastics Ontario membership is considered to be current. If you create a new account, you will be charged the Gymnastics Ontario fee again.
The system will generate an invoice for you, and you will be able to print it off any time! Hooray! ***We will not be emailing Tax Credit receipts this year, and the Child Fitness Tax Credit will no longer be available in 2017.
If you were in any 2016 classes, we will not be able to access your invoices prior to May, as we have moved to a new program. You must make sure to have collected and saved all of your 2016 receipts. They were emailed at the time of each registration.
